Excellent site for your tennis needs

The delivery is the worst.

Ordered one tennis racket and I was sent the wrong weight. How hard can it be to correctly pick one item? Sent racket back asking for it to be exchanged to the correct weight but instead I am advised a refund has been processed on June 24. Today is July 14 and still no refund! I have called numerous times and have been hung up on on multiple occasions. I was advised two days ago that refund was in progress but I don't trust this for a moment so will have to waste more of my time and effort chasing them.
This company used to be great, how it can go full circle in such a small space of time is unbelievable no doubt it's the fault of covid/brexit which is the usual go to excuse from the majority of companies that delivery equally as bad service.

I ordered a racket and was told it was delayed but not for how long and when I would finally get my item. When I tried to email and call I received no response. There customers service is appalling.

I am still awaiting my delivery after 3 failed delivery attempts—the fault entirely on their side, I've been home on all occasions.

Ordered Yonex Pro bag backpack blue Product number 0193580 1530000 00 unfortunately received Yonex pro bag backpack black !? Don’t understand how you can get that so wrong unless you had ran out of the blue backpack and shoved a black backpack in its place ?
Not impressed…

Purchased a pair of tennis shoes which unfortunately did not fit. Returned them using a tracked postage label and had confirmation that they were received at the end of May - 6 weeks later and despite severe emails and phone calls I am still waiting for a refund - very poor.

Absolutely useless, ordered some tennis gear. They sent an empty parcel..yes empty (nothing in it apart from a 1 page flyer). I sent an email explaining what happened; 3 days later they sent a form so I could declare no goods recieved. It took a few days to fill in the form as I was travelling. Duly completed it, scanned it and sent it. 2 days later, you need to send a picture of the packaging and the completed form?? Utter timewasting AND most people throw ourt / recycle packaging. Why not send the requirements at the time of sending the form??? Dont they have an inventory and can see that the item is still in stock and was not sent?? Thankfully, I still have the packaging..but why does it matter?? I have bought a lot of gear from this site before and now have NO faith in their customer service or internal systems

Good communication throughout, delivery as expected and order correct.

Happy with goods received but find that prices have increased substantially, the amount needed to spend for free delivery has trebled and no longer my first tennis website to visit.

REALLY BAD customer service. Cancelled order twice without explanation. Called to talk to the team and apparently the item was out of stock hence why it was cancelled. I asked to re order the items but told to place order again and was told this is how it works at tennis point. NOT HAPPY.

Prompt service and competitively priced product

Absolutely appalling customer service. Claim to have attempted delivery but zero evidence of anything - I am still waiting for my package after three weeks and I fear I will never receive it

Arrived within time stated. All products fitted perfectly following they fitting guidelines. Good quality.

They’re based in Germany despite the .co.uk web address!

If you order a tennis racket, don’t expect it to arrive in less than two weeks!

Customer service is non existent!

I gave more than one star because I did receive the correct order when it eventually arrived!

Wouldn’t use this company again! Worth paying extra on other sites
